I unconditionally guarantee each facilitation, coaching and training session that I conduct for you. In the unlikely occurrence that you are not satisfied, I accept the responsibility for making the necessary corrections, at my own expense. If this is not satisfactory, I will waive my consulting fees for any of the work that you consider to be unsatisfactory - by your standards. I ask only that I be reimbursed for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred to date.
